So I was watching a Scooby Doo animated movie last night (look, my mother wanted to see it), and there were ACTUAL SPIRITS. The gang (with help from a girl who was “1/16th wiccan”—I can’t even with that) managed to trap the big bad spirit lady at the end along with her descendant who called her up, and… it was all REAL in-verse. I didn’t think they did that. I’m still bemused by it.
