When I was a kid and my grandmother made cookies, I would eat the dough and not the baked cookies. I called them “dough cookies”. Wasn’t until I was a teenager I found out they were sugar cookies.

Ech! A diet like that will plug you up an kill you unless you add roughage!

Ah, the fond memories of eating cookie dough and raw Duncan Hines cake batter! Those days pretty much ended when I had to cut back on my sugar intake. Good times!

Coping with 2020

Yes, and warm too.

That’s a diet I could get behind.

Refined sugar and flour, a long way from raw.

As daughter told us: Sushi can be cooked; sashimi is the raw item.
