I never knew of a surgery that wasn’t icky.

Icky doesn’t even begin to describe it, Kid!

Define “Icky”. If the procedure is done by normal established protocol, then no, it’s not going to get icky. Once we get past the blood, muscle and tendon we’ll be fine.

Not if you’re picky, but maybe if you’re lucky!

Don’t mind him, he faints at the sight of blood.
