Just allow small businesses to make money as they see fit. Do not regulate them into obscurity. Some of the things I have noticed is that the government will regulate something and then “come to the rescue” with corporate tax breaks. Stop meddling in business to begin with.

Let’s remove the corporate tax breaks and subsidies from those that don’t need it, like ya know, big oil.
