I let my voice male take calls like that and block them.

Nomorobo. It might ring once, but they never stay on to leave a message. The call back number on the caller-id is always bogus.
Too bad he can’t filter the calls to begin with.
There’s an App to handle that.
And this is why I got rid of my landline.
