No, we won’t prevail. China ruled for ages, then fell. Greece fell, Rome fell, the British empire fell. We have had our moment in the sun. We were the leader of the free world after WWll because we managed to stay on the other side of two big oceans while the rest of the world destroyed itself, then came in at the last minute as the savior. That bought us 50 years of glory. But, what goes up must come down. Trump is just making us look moronic so the rest of the world has to look for a new leading nation.
