Beats being glued to a keyboard/screen for both schooling and playing. Have not heard any ideas about providing playground time during home schooling, but everyone knows some physical activity is a help to learning and to physical well being for most.
Maybe it would be a good idea at that. Lots of paper cutout people and a load of sucker-tipped darts and spring gun or bow. Play any hero or bad guy currently in favor.
It’s so amazing that some parents are touting the joys of their kids returning to school so as to socialize with the other kids. Some educators have also pushed this socialization as necessary for kids to develop mentally and socially. But, if this is true, then all those homeschooled kids are all messed up and not at all prepared for society. I’ve known many such kids and they’re quite well adjusted and smart. Forcing kids back to school, where transmission of illnesses is a common practice is totally ludicrous in view of the pandemic. Our children should not be made to be guinea pigs for a WH experiment whose only reason is to make Dump’s Covid “leadership” seem worthy of a vote for a second term.

I always thought that invisible playmates were pretty cool, and indicative of a good imagination. Cardboard cutouts are so… limited…

The trouble with cardboard classmates is that you can’t copy off their papers during tests, and passing notes is boring.

Maybe kids can mail in pictures and then a collage can be made and they can post the picture next to their computers.

Just don’t take your cardboard pals outside when it’s raining. It won’t end well, just like having Trump as President.

President Trump had imaginary friends and some he had to blow up. Some of them would call into the new media before they all became Fake.

If I had Cardboard cutout friends, I wouldn’t have to talk to the cats.
