It’s chewed up a lot more than just vacation time. 31 million unemployed Americans can tell you that. We don’t even have our public library back.
My guess is that it is gradually losing strength as it modifies slightly on each person-to-person propagation. Plus, medical science has steadily grown for treatment capability. The bad news is that, at current rates, the fatality rate won’t be down to that of a flu until 2 years have passed. If herd immunity was setting in, these giant hospital messes in FLA and California wouldn’t be at today’s levels. It’s been over six months since the first KNOWN case in Washington state. Spanish flu took about two years to fully boil down as well.
If you are home and bored with expendable cash, get creative with a staycation, and help support local businesses. Enjoy your home: hundreds of thousands of people in the Middle East and other hotspots don’t have that option….. thanks.. .

Yeah. Would you rather see new things and possibly die (or bring sickness to your pod/bubble), or not see new things and probably not do that?

Thought they’d use Air Force One without Louie Gohmert onboard. . . then I realized it was from “one of those Mexican countries”.
