We are officially in the Trump/republican Great Depression due to their mismanagement of everything.

Imagine having competent leadership in government that could’ve developed a national plan and led by example from the very beginning. Then we wouldn’t have an economic meltdown where a POTUS tweets about delaying election day to distract media from some of the worst economic news of the last few years. “Look, Henry, squirrel!”

Remember- there is nothing to see around people dying. DEATHCULT doesn’t care about that. Its about money. If all of us have to die so that Henry can make an extra $50 that is now the definition of “All lives matter.”

More than 100,000 Americans died during the quarter. Not one of them will be coming back. Not one.

Most of the jobs look st in the quarter will be coming back, if Americans behave rationally and the economy is managed responsibly. It’s happening in other countries. Unfortunately, *rational" and “responsible” are not terms of concepts associated with our current executive “leadership.”

    Or with Henry Payne.

That’s right Henry, if enough people die from COVID-19, the economy will be “great again”.

Wow THAT is some blame shifting!

The media didn’t fail our government did. YOUR government Henry. The guy that you worked SO HARD to get elected dropped the ball on the Pandemic.

So Please take your time think carefully and explain to all of us on how this is Obama’s fault

And Henry’s lying again. The economy didn’t suffer “33% destruction” in a quarter. The drop was roughly 9%. If that went on for a whole year, the loss would be about 33%. But nobody projects that. Nobody sees that as remotely likely.

I wonder if Payne would volunteer to be among the dead of permanently harmed, so as to make the economy look better in time for the election.

… Nah. I don’t, actually. I’m sure he would not. Though if he actually follows through on his anti-reality dismissal of Covid-19’s dangers, he may volunteer by accident.

We’re safe from more hurricanes this year! Trump just dropped an Atomic bomb on it like he said he would. We won’t need to a mask either.

Vote Stupid in 2020. Be a Payneful stooge for “Fore” more years.

New Zealand, Germany, Norway, Canada, and others all reopening because their leadership said this virus is a problem and the best way to stop it/slow it down is to go through a shutdown, wear masks, wash hands and other easy things. It was a rough April and a few weeks in May. Hospitals were not overrun and new cases are decreasing and in some (NZ) have dropped to 0. These are easy steps if leadership has any concern about the citizens. And then there is the USA. Triage is taking place in Texas. That means the doctors are deciding who gets treatment and who does not based on need and resources. Remember M*A*S*H ? Like that. I thank dog we emigrated to British Columbia in 2018. Our MoH and PHOs laid out the plan and we have for the most part been compliant and are now in Phase 3 of reopening and Phase 4 is scheduled to take place later this summer. Staying home and wearing masks and such is an easy price to pay for safety. I fear the USA will be mired in this mess until at least February of 2021 or even 2025 depending on the election outcome.

Sigh. Today Henry Payne plays the Blame the Messenger card. When he finally gets to the bottom of the deck, and the only two cards remaining are POTUS and GOP, do you expect them to finally drop onto the table? Think again, elitist educated progressive swine! The deck will be reshuffled, if at any point POTUS or GOP are pulled from it they will sleight-of-hand (fooling no one) be moved back to its bottom, and this stupid blame-anybody-but-those-most-directly-responsible Payne (and the rest of the American conservative clique) game will continue its endless cycle of utter willful duplicity. Not to mention the obvious moronic reality denial component. Jesus.

Like Hank, the only thing I’m thinking about on my death bed is “How is the economy doing?” Reminds me of the dead Captain in Dark Star with his brain wired up to the computer…. they finally go down to talk to him and he asks: “How are the Dodgers doing?” Then he is told that they had disbanded several years earlier….. just makes eternity that much harder to swallow, eh?

We can tell where Henry’s values lie. He values money more than life. I wonder what his toons will look like if (when?) one his family or close friends die.
