I thought Emily’s lap was the car seat when Emmett was Max’s age.

My car seat was the back seat; where I rode standing up.

My sister and I climbed all over the back seat. In the package tray in the back window. No seat belts. Dash board made out of steel with no padding. People would ride in the back of pickup trucks. Different world today. Yes safer too. At least relating to vehicles.

Oh this ought to be good :) (and yeah when I was a kid we sat in the back of the station wagon, no belts)

This strip feels unfinished. I hope it follows through several more days.
