I like your work. Keep it up. The fourth wall can invite tedium as much as handing commenters the reins and not liking where they go. You drive. We’ll enjoy.
I know I am late getting here. If you wish to retire the strip, do it on your own terms. Don’t let someone else get the satisfaction of “driving you out”. There are plenty more of us that appreciate your works on many fronts, and would like you to continue. Again, it’s your decision to make, and ONLY you count when the vote comes in. (okay your family and editors might have a small voice in the decision)
