Is he talking about the wolf or himself? He is obviously enjoying throwing it just as much as wolf is enjoying fetching it.

All of us are simple about something.

Hey, I would immediately be looking for a stick of my own to meet this challenge in my best 3 musketeers form. I suppose a simple mind can still imagine greater things.
