Jason, I think that was just a random bit of stray ink that unfortunately landed where it did. I didn’t even see it until you mentioned it. I simply read what was intended.

Nope. The Peasants and the King are not relatable. They are suffering from colds, flu, and maybe seasonal allergies. The King… is allergic to Peasants! (Smirk!)

Sometimes the people feel a little better knowing we really are all in this together. A sneezy despot can get sick. There is hope.

Removing the apostrophe in “we’re” would make more sense – “were” as a verb instead of a contraction of we were.

Nobody blessed him.

His sneeze covered the masses below him. It had better be just allergies.
