Just think of the implications if they were plumber ants.
Well, ours are definitely NOT carpenter ants then. Can’t recall the last time we didn’t see at least a few of these pests running around … only show up every six months, my butt!
It’s the tiny little voices singing ’We’ve only just begun’ that are really annoying.
D-ant, D-ant, d-ant….
That, and the lights and air conditioner were left on with the windows open. (This occurred multiple times when my house was being built.)

Tell the Terminix guy you saw them with your own eyes.
You must have them confused with government contractor ants…
