The good news? Flynn has never actually confronted a jury or been found not guilty. Thus, he has never faced the technical definition of “jeopardy” referred to in the Fifth Amendment. Further, in his plea agreement, he acknowledged multiple other federal crimes for which charges were dropped (dropping charges is not a finding of not guilty and does not preclude “jeopardy”), all of which, including the charges most recently dropped on the ILLEGAL orders of Atty General Barr (for which HE can be charged and tried by the new administration on January 21, 2021 … look up Nixon’s attorney general John Mitchell who went to jail for his corruption in complicity with Nixon’s crimes).

The case was strong enough against Flynn, that he pled guilty twice. Trump’s corrupt AG Barr, under trump’s direction squelched the case. Just like the case for impeachment was strong enough that the house impeached trump. But the corrupt senate, under trump’s direction would not remove is incompetent ars.
