Every year I buy lots of scratch-offs as stocking stuffers. The recipients enjoy them but rarely win anything significant. I calculate about a nickel on the dollar. Whatta racket!

We had a neighbor who would give Patsnozzle scratch tickets for his birthday. They were already scratched off. What a schmuck! :)
