    Nighthawks: Not only shape and speed, but bassets, like most hounds, hunt by scent while grayhounds hunt by sight.

    Right on Chikuku. I did and she was the best, funniest, most loveable “hound dog” that anyone could ask for.

    By all means…..adopt a greyhound. But make sure you have room for it to run and play. They love to run!

    Greyhounds are the laziest dogs - real couch potatoes - short sharp exercise then thats them for the day. If you cant have a full-time dog fostering Greyhounds for local adoption groups is the way go - have a Clayton’s dog.
