There are many fruits and vegetables that you can’t buy ripe.

More satisfying as well. I’m buying a small backyard greenhouse when that stimulus check gets here. I just hate trying to garden in Western Australia, only thing that hasn’t died has been an aloe plant that took over a circle garden in the front yard.. LOL!

She should install raised planter beds which are easy to make and wouldn’t make her have to bend over so much. Either that or try growing her vegetables in large containers. That would also help her back.

I think the kid has a point. This is probably a great time to send a big thank you to all of the hardworking people who grow all of our food for us!

I’d go along with that argument except when it comes to tomatoes. You can not buy good/ripe tomatoes from a grocery store!

Hang the cost – it’s the process, the hope, the sense of accomplishment, the direct collaboration with God, that counts!
