The twit is incensed that Twitter isn’t his silent partner any more.

He is down 11 points according to 538’s composite poll. He is exhibiting so much decompensation in his prefrontal lobe function that I would not be surprised if a competent Neurologist could elicit a “snout” reflex. I saw it when I worked Psych. (They always want to stick male RN’s on Psych or Ortho.)

The “snout reflex” is normal in an infant but is inhibited by a healthy functioning frontal lobe. If you can elicit it in an adult it means the frontal lobe is hors de combat..

So I wish somebody could tap Trump lightly on the lip right in the middle at the nasal fissure with the handle of a reflex hammer to see if he purses his lips. If he does that it would be a physical sign to explain, for example, his tweets… and the bleach.

I mean in a clinical sense. It would mean that if there were a fair referee for elections, he would stop it and Biden would win by a TKO. It isn’t right to beat up on a sick old man…even Trump. It’s tempting I know, but….

But, hell, the GOP ( and Trump’s “family”) would keep him in the ring until he went down dying like Patrick Day last October against Charles Conwell. Those people make the sleaziest promoter in boxing look like a Sunday School teacher.

H’mm. I KNEW I’d seen that facial expression SOMEWHERE!! We learned about snout reflex in medical school, decades ago! It’s certainly an excellent description of Trump’s “Suzy Sex Doll” mouth! I mean, he just DOES that lip-purse-mouth-open facial tic almost constantly. he seriously looks like one of those vinyl dolls with a mouth just ripe for…… penetration!

It doesn’t matter how whacked out he is. The Republicans are using him as a tool to implement their political strategies, and they certainly aren’t going to remove him. Works for them…
