Wasn’t Payne one of those ridiculing governors trying to keep people safe and instead wanting everything opened up? Wasn’t he one of those calling CV-19 a hoax in the beginning? Wasn’t he minimizing the effects? Seems like this is a bit hypocritical and perhaps an apology is in order at the least.
No. That’s just wrong. Period. Memorial Day is for, and about, honoring our armed forces personnel who fell in battle in defense of our country and freedoms. It’s NOT about the corona bug. The two aren’t even remotely related. Disgraceful.
