I think along those same lines when I hear of someone with a large empty basement and no plans to build a model railroad there.
I’m more worried about the sea. A sea that colour black is always a bad sign.

My St. Bernard used to love going to the beach; the water MOVED! And then she discovered horseshoe crabs! Greatest toy ever invented. And she could big all she wanted and nobody yelled at her! (Wait…that takes all the fun out of it…)
