I was 10 Years and 4 months old. My old man had us on vacation in June on the SkylineDrive in Virginia in our brand new Ford Custom, black bottom, white hard top with an automatic transmission. Glorious! By my next birthday my dad was dead of a heart attack at 40 years of age.
