An ounce is a heck of a lot of salt. That’s why most recipes use teaspoon and tablespoon measures. But maybe this is why horses use salt licks instead of adding salt to their diets. No sense of proportion.
Who uses an OUNCE of salt? No. One. That’s. Who.
