As soon as each state can meet the CDC guidelines for reopening that the White House ITSELF put forth the kids MAY be able to go out to get their haircuts – maybe – barbershops and hair salons do not qualify as essential services.
ANY GOVERNOR of ANY STATE that opens up before meeting ALL THE GUIDELINES is essentially committing murder and should be immediately removed from office (some, like the Governors of Iowa and Nebraska, should be taken out back and shot – but that’s up to the morons,imbeciles and idiots that put them in office,in the first place).
