A friend was telling me of a conversation his young daughter (around 4 or 5) was having with a young male friend:
Girl: I want to marry you.
Boy: Marry the couch.
Girl: No, I want to marry you.
Boy: Marry the refrigerator.
Girl, No, I want to marry you.
