I’m assuming that Mr. Carroll is fully aware that, until the advent of Trump,“Woody” Wilson was acknowledged as the most bigoted and racist president America ever had – out-distancing even Andy Jackson! Therefore, having the “persona” of Wilson contacting Ms. Ross is a political statement all on its own.
