I’ve worked at a lot of places where the coworkers and management were toxic. I didn’t leave because I knew the job market was good and that all of them would be scouted by the headhunters I contacted. I liked the work, and eventually I was the only one left in the office so I could set my own hours. It’s nice being your own boss.
