From the stand point of ownership – no. From the stand point of wanting to understand it all – absolutely. One company I applied to (and still hope to get hired at) makes RF generators. I had to research those and found they are used (in this case) to excite gases to form plasma used to etch microchips (and also, to remove the photo-resist at the end of the chip mfg process). Cool stuff!

I have a Gmail account, but I rarely use it. As for MySpace, although I used to have it BEFORE Facebook, who still uses it anyway?

Tony’s QOTD: Are you a techie?
No. But I play on on TV.

Are you a techie?
Not exclusively. We (my husband and me) are geeky and nerdy on more than one subject, not all of them the same.
I got a very nice professional pizza oven yesterday…
But – regarding yesterday’s question – I must be psychic. Either that or Tony owes me royalties. Big time. Again.

Yes it is, Stanley — but I’m not sure if I can say what that “something” is without violating GoComics’ Terms of Service…! d;o)
