I don’t think Mikey’s wrong this time. Obama is a centrist at heart who strives for unity. (Fat lot of good it did him as President.) I’m sure it was his plan all along to wait and see who emerged from the primaries and then throw his weight behind them to mobilize the party.

I don’t get this (but maybe I’m trying too hard.) Obama decided that he would not endorse anyone in the primaries. That was a reasonable decision. Now that the primaries are over, he endorses the winner. The reason there’s no one left is that Biden won. Obama would certainly have endorsed whoever won.

Behind the scenes Obama was working to unite the Moderate Centrist factions of the party. If he was progressive he would’ve told Pelosi and Reid to shove it up their rear ends when they had a super majority in 2009-10 and passed whatever he wanted. Oh and projecting Trump’s narcissism onto Obama with that BS bookshelf is SO Trumpian of Ramirez.

That book “Me, Myself and I” must be one of trump’s books.

Warren and Obama didn’t endorse anyone for the same reason. Trump and his minions would have used that endorsement in advertising if the one they did not endorse won.
