Does this mean that Rip will no longer be the main character? That he’s going to be absent from the strip for a long time or so? Or is it just me? Why?
Maybe TNT’s silky coat is what makes TNT immortal while also bestowing magical powers on the fists of anyone he is side kicking for.
That could sure help out RJ right now while he grows into his own magical fists.
I think a toddler Baby FireBall could also grow into a great side kick for Rip and Breezy, while they keep things in order in Starlight so RJ can conduct his own missions that conveniently alternate between his and those of Rip and Breezy.
I don’t mean one adventure after another, I mean two evolving adventures happening simultaneously while the story cuts back and forth between the two.

It’s nice to see a strip, that isn’t constantly blurting out “Hey, guess what? There’s a pandemic going on and things are really, really horrible!” These days, we need escapism more than we need relevance, IMO.
