I’m sitting here looking at ‘toons. And in between, we’re cooking fancy for ourselves and doing a lot of reading.

Introverts! Check in on your extrovert friends, they don’t know how this works.

Read some foreign news media like “The Guardian”, Deutch Wire, Euronews, BBC, etc. Discover the world does not end at America’s borders.

I’m sort of enjoying the “shelter in place” thingy! And it’s the extroverts who should check in on the introverts…

Another useful suggestion: Bake way too much bread, then play “Jenga” with whatever you can’t eat.

Works for me. I’m not anti-social, I am “non-social”. I am perfectly content to watch the world go by. I am well aware of the news, and act accordingly.

Good to see us going back to the pleasures our grandparents talked about. Home cooking.. board games.. card games.. conversation.. And, with the benefit of electricity and a warm house.

The first few days were awful. Then I gradually relaxed into binge watching, computer games, gocomics, and my house is spotless. I could learn to like this.

I’m neither an introvert nor an extrovert, just a vert. The last party I went to was a Super Bowl party. (Of course, I WOULDA on St. Patrick’s Day…..where is a saint when we need one to chase the virus out of the country?) I probably have more physical books than 90% of the houses in the Kansas City area—I never have liked reading from a screen except for short pieces. I have plenty of blank paper to write on and draw on. Yet even though I have no trouble amusing myself, I’d rather stay at home on my own terms at my own CHOICE. Human nature, I suppose……..

Competitive corn cob hording is also being considered.
