Well you have onion dip for the pork rinds, and of course guacamole for the nachos, plus a whole slew of veggies in the salsa. That gives you at least three of the five food groups right there, just need a brownie a la mode for dessert, and you have a well balanced meal.
Salsa is multi veggie, with a side quac, and sour cream for vitamin d (dairy). How much healthier can you get? Add a margarita for vitamin C and you are set.
