Really not funny i agree.Maybe sometimes the writers have no new material,thus the comic strip seems boring.I remember mr.Jim Davis said that he has a big team of people working hardTo make sure The Strip stays funny.It is a huge challenge.If you give a big project such as Garfield and he doesn’t know enough about The character he could end up killing the franchise.It happened to The Transformers,Alvin and The Chipmunks,Ultraman,Batman,Superman,TMNT,and so many other big Names.The thing is that once the original creator/writer retires Things can either become more interesting or simply boring.It happens in the Music Industry/Movies etc.etc.Cartoonist are great at making us laugh but in the wrong hands a famous funny or intetesting cartoon star could in a heart bit simply not be appealing nor interesting anymore.Have you guys noticed that all the newer comic strips in the site are not all that funny. It does take a lot of creativity to keep a franchise famous cartoon strip character going on if they suddenly give the project to someone who is not really really familiar nor really into the character itself.“Beast Wars” remember that one, then the one after that then The Michael Bay Movies plus todays Transformers Cyverse they really did ruin The OriginalThe New Creators and Writers say it themselves.They experiment with the character until they get the hsng of it.Ultraman Tiga was the Last Best Ultramsn after that when Tsuburaya went bankrupt the spin off series are simply buble gumEntertainment.Thank You.

I just saw a comment claiming that Garfield was no longer funny, which kind of annoyed me, so I’m giving my opinion! This strip is funny, cute, classic, and never gets political! It will be my favorite comic ’til the end of time!
