While I’m with you that GWB was completely Helen Keller (as the current occupant of the WH is toward Puerto Rico), I’m afraid Obama didn’t do much to help NOLA out much once he was in there. I just wish someone would grab a pair and help out the disadvantaged states more in their time of need.
