Why not? The Seattle, WA police chief wants you to call 9-1-1 if you witness someone making a racist statement.
And no, I’m not advocating for racism, but it does not rise to the level of calling 9-1-1 which is for an emergency, you know like life and death stuff. And I’m a former dispatcher, I understand what’s happening.
