    My Grandfather had a dog and you could tell when raccoons were in the garden because Duke would be at the opposite side of the house growling so low you almost couldn’t hear it.

    Why not? The Seattle, WA police chief wants you to call 9-1-1 if you witness someone making a racist statement.

    And no, I’m not advocating for racism, but it does not rise to the level of calling 9-1-1 which is for an emergency, you know like life and death stuff. And I’m a former dispatcher, I understand what’s happening.
