I don’t get it. We know very well that we have epidemics every so often, and even do continuous planning for the next epidemic, unless your government is run by Donald (get even with Obama) trump. We also are aware that these tend to develop in areas with higher population densities. I suggest that to imply that a particular county decided to develop a new coronavirus and set it loose in their country is along the lines of believing in a good fairy who communicates directly with Santa Claus.
