My son is a big Stephen King fan. He once went to a book signing event and spoke with him for a few moments then Mr King surprised him with a back room pass where he and about a dozen others got to have a snack and chat with him for nearly a half hour.

We actually went to a book signing once where we spent two seconds talking to the author and half an hour chatting with the author’s husband.
