I grew up in a middle income home (way before credit cards) and we never had a spring break trip. We roller skated and rode our bikes and just enjoyed being out of school for a week!
Will today’s strip stay to form of events with that virus. Our schools had spring break, then Governor canceled school and changed to online, meaning children had another week off while Administrative scrambled with teacher for online classes, includes packets for kids lives outside school districts in rural farm land.
My last Spring Break before retirement will begin at the end of this week. 12-hour days tele-schooling is not how I expected to spend my final months teaching.
