Not really. That sign that seems to read “moderate” is actually “conservative” and the one labeled “left” is actually “barely more liberal than Goldwater”.
Or, if those two are correct, then the one labeled “Trump” should be off the image to the right.
Either way, the ’bots are correctly depicted as being all over the place.
You know, when the Dems go for the “electable” candidate, we seem to lose. Maybe the candidate with a real plan and definitive ideas should be the one we try. How many told us Trump was unelectable? How many are telling us he can’t lose now?
Let’s look at the record, shall we?You take your kid to school at age 5, spend 20 minutes filling out forms, and get 13 years of education. Socialism.Your house catches fire, and the fire department comes and puts it out. Socialism.Someone breaks into your home, and the cops are only a phone call away. Socialism. They put the perps on trial, and you MIGHT have to testify, but that’s it. Socialism.Go down to the library and use their materials and services. Socialism.Turn on your tap and get fresh, clean water. Socialism.Breathe pollution-free air. Socialism. You’ve got a good idea what the weather will be like next weekend. Socialism.Planes don’t crash into each other in mid-air. Socialism.Every day* an agent of the federal government swings by your place on the off chance you want to send a birthday card to Grandma, and 2 days later and 2000 miles away, she’s reading it. Socialism. You can drive anywhere in America on public roadways.† Socialism. You get seriously ill or injured, and good luck! Capitalism.––––––*slight exaggeration; it’s really only 6 days out of 7.†exception: toll roads. Go ahead, tell us how much you love THOSE!
“But the Nordic nations as a whole, including a majority of their business elites, have arrived at a simple formula: Capitalism works better if employees get paid decent wages and are supported by high-quality, democratically accountable public services that enable everyone to live healthy, dignified lives and to enjoy real equality of opportunity for themselves and their children. For us, that has meant an increase in our personal freedoms and our political rights — not the other way around.”
As lifelong conservative and former Republican strategist, Rick Wilson (author of "Running Against the Devil: A Plot to Save America From Trump—and Democrats From Themselves) correctly points out, Trump’s handlers are SALIVATING at the idea of Sanders being the nominee. (They would be frothing at the mouth if it were Bloomberg—different matter entirely.) The Trump attack machine would call any Democratic nominee a “socialist”, of course, but somebody who calls himself a “social democrat”? (Not to mention his USSR and Cuba easily-exploitable weaknesses.) If Sanders is the nominee the turnout will be immense on both sides, but in all probability more people will vote against him than for him. Because they would be running scared after all the Trump attack machine’s bombing the living hell out of Sanders. (Btw, Wilson’s other book, “Everything Trump Touches Dies” is ALSO an excellent read.)

If we consider what LBJ accomplished (excluding Vietnam) he was a Socialist.
