Let’s just note how awesome Frazz is for his attitude (even if his finances weren’t an issue) AND for the fact that a little girl pretended to surf to the Ventures.
Small price to see a kid doing something creative. I broke a lot of stuff that was not used as designed; but didn’t just follow along with programmed devices.
I need a new waterproof mp3 player. I used to use a swimpod (a waterproofed Apple ipod shuffle and specialty headphones), but the company that made them went out of business, likely due to the competition of cheaper alternatives. The problem is those cheaper alts don’t seal the ear canals as effectively when swimming vigorously: I always got leaks when I tried a different brand.
I remember kickboards from when I was a kid, they were indead made out of foam, and they were so fragile that you could dent them if you squeezed too hard, no way one would stand up to a kid using it like that, maybe if she found an old ironing board instead.

Kickboard? We used to call it a belly-board.

Frazz offers some serious philosophy today. Wish there was more of it in the world.

I wonder if she is playing “Wipeout” or the theme from Hawaii Five-O.

I guess in Mallett/Frazzs world its ok to use sports equipment made from material that’s bad for the environment.
