Someone posed the question yesterday of where Nara was. And here is our answer. Mr. Thompson leaves no stone unturned.

When we were toddlers, I remember my sister and I stood by the side of the street, no fence, and yelled at passing cars.“1878 Sylvan Road Southwest Atlanta Georgia Blow Your Horn!” Nobody ever did.

When our sons were 5 and 7 respectively, we took them to see “The Firebird.” I had misgivings, but they liked it. Our older son could hardly contain himself because of the athleticism involved. He kept saying, “Look at those muscles!” And “How did she DO that?”

My problem with ballet is the same as my problem with opera; I appreciate the effort and technique, but it’s a really inefficient way to tell a story.

Grew up in the country, the gravel road by our house saw maybe 2 vehicles a day. My sister and I played outside a lot. Mother worried that we would get hit by a car and had us hiding whenever we heard a car coming. Well she had to worry about something.

When I was a kid, we’d stage bicycle accidents with trees to get people to stop and render aid. They always stopped.

Ah, the innocence of youth, how quickly it passes and soon they’ll be mature adults throwing Molotov Cocktails…

So I noticed that you didn’t tell her how you sat with the rest of the “boo boo dum dum heads” in the corner to think about what you had done. The ballet beats that….

No, no, Nara! Don’t back down before Alician arrogance! You got by far the better deal!
