My girlfriend has 11 cats (I have no ownership interest) I haven’t walked upright in the morning for years, My role in the house is the cat food grinder (BARF), launching pad and landing pad.
I have an old girl cat who gets beaten up by a young cat. She has to sleep with me and stay in my bedroom. She’s a howler. When she finally lets me go to sleep she beds down between my legs pinning me to the bed. No matter what position I’m in. Makes it hard to sleep. I dare not move any more than I have to because if I wake her up she gets very vocal and thoroughly wakes me up. I used to get eight hours of sleep. Not anymore. Change my name to Zombie.

Many years ago my husband scratched himself under the covers. This inspired the cat to leap onto him from the top of the dresser.
