My understanding is that bacteria are single-celled organisms and thus large enuf that they can’t pass thru the tiny mesh of a face mask, but that viruses are basically just large molecules that can’t be stopped by ordinary masks.
Best go back home boys and stock up on MRI’s (Meals Ready to Eat)… and cleaning products… and take a pass on that trip to the Chinese carryout joint… this is one virus you don’t want to test drive…!
heard on the news this morning that only people who are sick with the coronavirus should be the ones wearing the mask to stop the spread of germs through sneezing and coughing.
