I guess Bernice has a very recognizable knock and I also guess that there is a lot of room underneath those twin beds.

So did Tiffany change her mind, or did Gunther warn her in time?

Okay. The guests at the party were alerted and disappeared. However what is Bernice thinking about the fact that Tiff is alone in a room that is not hers? Or is it just framed at the door. Are there still leftover partiers posing as friends relaxing around with Tiff as she claimed to Bernice earlier?

There is no one hiding and nothing untoward. Check out T’s face when she saw inside the party. She did not like the looks of it and left, likely good move on her part.

Not a T fan personally, but I do have to call ’em as I see ’em.

Tiffany’s not stupid. She just doesn’t know how to properly to apply her mind to the right things.

Apparently, Tiffany provided the distraction – saving Kip and Stef’s party.

DaveQuinn pretty much called this yesterday. Tiffany would be in her room “studying.” Close Enough, and Congrats.

Now, considering Tiffany “survives” Bernice’s inevitable brow beating concerning dorm rules, one wonders if Bernice will pressure Tiffany to attend Study Ball?

At any rate Kip’s party is safe for now so it seems. And to the party goers, Tiffany did her “job” of distracting the R.A.

And all thanks to Bets, maybe? If so, Tiffany should give her that 1,000 buck gov-ment check when shows up. You know, in gratitude? :)

I guess all the girls dress in heels, full on make up and party clothes to study. Wake up Bernice, there’s more than meets the eye here.

Interesting… so Tiffany went back to her dorm room? She didn’t like either Study Ball or the Blackout Party. Interestingly mature decisions by Tiffany…. showing more independence and less need to always be in a crowd… comfortably.

How did Tiff get from Bets party video to her room? Something’s loony in Mooney!

Because of the posters on the wall (cheerleading), this looks like it’s Tiffany and Stefi’s room. Either Bets warned Tiffany that Bernice was on the way, or Tiffany decided she didn’t like the party and left on her own. Either way, there is no one else there, hiding under the beds or otherwise. Tiffany’s loud music attracted Bernice, so the party at Kip’s will go unnoticed…

Yes, I heard you knocking over the LOUD music.

There had to be an R.A. alert or Bern would surely hear the party.

DRAT! Now we’ll never get to see the Black Light Blackjack in full swing!

The room belongs to Tiffany and Stefanie, remember that Gunther didn’t know the location of the party. Bernice beeline straight to last known location like a detective trying to fit all the pieces into a neat package. Is Tiffany clever to pull this slam on Bernice? Did Gun N Bets assisted? Or a master game player (Tiffany) who flip Kip & Stefanie into subordinated players. Tomorrow should reveal how Tiffany did it.

Truth is Tiffany is looking hot and Bernice is not.

They played Bernice Halper, the “PARTY TERMINATOR” with a decoy. Who has the skills of a Grandmaster Chess player? Stefanie? Kip? Hair? My first choice is Tiffany. Being called a “Study Nerd” trigger the player skills in Tiffany.

I like how Greg makes his signature look like part of the décor. Nice touch.

Why is Bernice so angry in the first panel, anyway? You’d think one of the partiers just threw a baseball through her window or something. She knows basically nothing about the event she’s investigating yet she’s stomping over there full of fire and fury. It only backs up my assertion that rather than an honest RA doing her job as professionally as possible, she’s really just a bitter a-hole trying to make everyone else as miserable as her. The students will have fun on her terms or not at all!

Man, Bern is always such a wet blanket. Wtg, Tiff, Bets and Gun for pulling one over Belligerent Berniece.

the grim scowl on bern’s face is not endearing. she’s the sort of person who would start to get complaints. RA means Resident Advisor, she’s supposed to help them not police them.

Old joke: A group of guys go drinking. They know the cops are watching the parking lot. One guy starts walking to his car. He wobbles. He trips. He stumbles. The cops rush him. They start asking questions and find that he is sober as can be. What’s the deal they ask. Oh, I am the designated detraction tonight he answers.

Anyone notice that in frame 1, the door handle is on the right (in the hallway), and in frame 3 it is on the left (if you are in the hallway)?

Whew Bernice is really mad in the first panel—BOTH fists clenched. This girl gotta lighten up or she will get destroyed out in the real world.

SAVE, MIRACULOUSLY SAVE! Or better say. Save most probably thanks to Bets and Gunther, two true friends. I hope Tiffany will be grateful to them and go to the Study Ball to study together ♡.

Jeez Bernice being a Gestapo agent. The metaphors here can be a bit over the top. Tiffany is in her room with the radio loud, which is a diversion I think, and her party outfit still on, which means she did not have time to change, take down her make-up, etc., all of which indicates to me that Bets was able to sound the alarm by mobile in time for Tiffany to high-tail it to her room. This might mean the other party has a chance to cool it so Bernice does not find out, but the important character is Tiffany. A fantastic feat of legerdemain it is, so lets see what happens for the remaining 3 days of this arc segment. Be safe everyone.

I think that Gunther or Betts texted Tiffany to run to her room and crank up the music (and for the party room to turn their’s down.)

I love this turn of events. Bets warned Tiffany and she left the party to lead Bernice away from it. Hopefully they turned the music down in the real party so Bernice will not find that.

Bern is pathetically trying to see around Tiff, and it is taking all she has to not walk in uninvited. She is NOT authorized to just walk in.

Jeez Cap, the room is obviously hers. Two beds, nicely made up, not a general room, where the Blacklit party was at, your basic understanding of the panel is flawed. The question is, how did Tiffany get in her room, given that Bets saw her on social media, at the party, but before Bernice can find the party, Tiffany is in her room.

Bernice needs to start developing an affinity for cats, because that’s clearly her future.

Hands in white knuckled fists, jaw clenched, beady black eyes, trailed by a stink line. Poor Bernice, she’ll grow old, fat and alone. When the gang finds out Gunther narced them out, he’ll find out what a bar of soap in a sock can do.

OK. The clue is the room number (213). Nobody is hiding! That’s Tiff’s room, not the party room. So, obviously she went to the party and decided it wasn’t her thing and went back to her own room. Good for her. Shows maturity.

Will Bernice be satisfied that this is the party and go back to her Study Dull? Or will she continue to look for the real party?Maybe Tiffany will invite Bernice in to help her with her studies, or Tiff will go back to Bernice’s study hall.

Tiff got a text from Bets, told everybody at the party to turn off the music and shut up, and ran back to her room and turned on the music. They’re all still at the party, just being quiet until Tiff tells them the cop is gone.

I like Bern – but jeez, she needs to loosen up.

Oh, and remember Bern – to inspect the dorm room, you need to give Tiff 48 hours advance written notice.

You guys are way off. Clearly Tiffany is having a psychotic episode where she imagined having a huge party and in her mind she thinks it’s still happening.

It’s all speculation, so far. :-)

So, Tiffany got some party-time, and found a means to cover her tracks and save the party. The old Tiffany always did like to have her cake and eat it, too.

Now let’s see if she can motivate herself to focus more on her studies…

Panel #3. Tiffany is holding the door with her left hand and using her body language to block entry to Bern. Tiffany used the words " what’s up" meaning ‘State your business’ instead of welcoming Bernice. Bernice like an detective is scanning the room with her eyes and fumbles an answer " uh your volume " because Bernice was looking for a party that violated “dorm rules”. Tiffany tomorrow promises to turn down the volume and close the door on Bernice.

Not sure how she did it; but in any case, well played, Tiffany!

The Iron R.A. is getting a bit rusty, it seems….

213 – huh. That was my dorm room number in college.

I’m not noticing this until the 19th, but Tiffany’s room “set” is like from an Ed Wood movie. From the outside the door swings on one side, and from the inside, the door swings the other way. Note how the doorknob changes. This really is like from an Ed Wood film! Who’s the continuity supervisor here?

What a horrible person Bernice has turned out to be, just looking to bust a briend!
