The corporate managers hate the idea of Sanders getting anything resembling power, because they’ve been riding the GOP gravy train for as long as some of them can remember and he’d do his damndest to stop or at least slow that. And he’s sincere about that goal.
It seems as if the Democratic Party is ALWAYS in disarray tonight. It’s a stock story, a reservoir for cut-and-paste opinion articles. The Democratic Party is like my goofy niece, K___. Basically good-hearted, but woefully disorganized.
It’s WAY too soon. Warren is still my favorite candidate: she’s got the smarts Buttigieg claims and the experience he lacks; she’s got the ability to compromise and work with people that Bloomberg claims, but works with people of color in a way neither he nor Buttigieg can touch; she’s got the pro-labor and anti-billionaire focus of Bernie without his inability to get things done.
But if ANY of those people above get the nom, I WILL vote for them.
IT’S NOT A FLIPPING HORSE RACE!! Who cares where they are as they round the first quarter pole? Lay off the polls, the predictions and all the associated crap, and let the people vote.
Why should Big Money be afraid of a Sanders presidency if he’d still have to work with a mainstream Democrat Congress (both House and Senate, I’d hope)? Unlike the GOP under Trump I can’t imagine they’d just rubber-stamp his every whim. They’d pass some of what he wants, and prevent some, but at least there’d be meaningful conversations.

Obama knocked Hillary out of her rightful time to be president,
then the DNC picked Hillary and knocked Bernie out of his rightful place.
