How refreshing to see a new character using verbiage that gives the current iteration of Dick Tracy a strong connection to its past.

The car Mysta is in clearly belongs to the gang so Mr Roboto can hear call to Dick Tracy. I wonder what his reaction will be when he hears Mysta’s voice. I suspect his patient attitude toward his Futura will disappear.

The readers are certainly afforded an interesting view in panel one.

I guess Mysta has her priorities in order and, using the two-way radio in the conveniently-left-behind limo, is trying to contact Tracy (who else?) to prevent Roboto’s planned heist at Kelso Carpentry’s payroll. I don’t know that the cops could respond in time if Roboto is prompt in pulling off the job, but they can try, if Mysta gets through to the MCU quickly….
