How to tell the difference between a writer and a reporter: Stand them both in a working septic tank up to their necks, swing a two iron at their heads- the reporter will duck.
But reporters don’t need a license…
I can attest to this.. I was paid more for one newspaper story than for all of the over 100 poems I’ve had published.

I think poetry is about as interesting and useful as lots of people feel about modern art.
