    Sure! Lots of cartoon channel watchers care about car insurance. You never know when your cartoon might just veer off the road and into the tree/cliff/river, and you want to be protected from that.

    They are interspersed with the payday loan commercials. For the young adult with lots of free time and free rent who can afford little else.
