I was afraid that Rip was following Rodeo’s instruction because he was afraid of Blood Curdling Pass and would take any excuse to avoid it. I’m kind of hoping he was REALLY kidding in panel 3.
RJ should’ve known it was a joke as soon as the words Rodeo is … in charge were spoken.
