Reminds me of a story, some people had a Doberman Pincher in the backyard on a chain. A neighbor’s cat would come into the yard and stay out of reach watching the dog go crazy. Well the dog’s owner’s decided to lengthen the chain because the dog was getting bigger. Well one day the cat goes over to its spot. You can guess the rest.
I recall this meme from many a ‘Foghorn Leghorn’ cartoon, where he usually stayed just out of the reach of the dog .. before ringing the dog’s bell in some manner.
Strong Bark. Good Projection. Just right amount of Spittle. Aroma of stale kibble with a faint hint of beef bone. Nice touch the raising of the hair’s on his back. I give it an 8.5
They’ve been using that same dog over and over again for several years now. Can’t we at least get a new strip with Garfield meeting up with a different dog? Like maybe a German Shepherd, or even a Doberman or a Rottweiler.
